Southwestern Surprise

Southwestern Surprise (4-5 points per cup depending on meat type and amount)

2 pounds (or 1 if you don't want it super meaty!) of ground meat (browned 3 cans diced tomatoes
1 can of diced italian style tomatoes (I buy the kind with basil and garlic)
2 cans pinto beans washed and drained
2 cans black beans washed and drained
2 cans (short cans) of Niblet corn
1 taco seasoning packet
1 ranch dressing packet
onion (optional)
Combine and cook on low for 30 minutes on the stove or up to 8 hours in a crock pot on low.
This recipe is around 4-5 points per serving depending on the meat content. It's awesome with Baked Tostito scoops!
