Add chicken to pot and brown for 4-5 min per side. Set chicken aside. Add onions and garlic to pot and saute over med heat for about 2 minutes with Pam, or until onions become translucent. Add chicken broth. Combine masa harina with 2 cups of water in a medium bowl and wisk until blended. Add masa mixture to pot with onions, garlic, and broth. Add remaining water, enchilada sauce, cheese, and spices to pot and bring to a boil. Shred the chicken into bite size pieces and add to the pot. Add chopped nuts and press into cookies. These don't spread much, so they can be grouped close together. Bake at 375 for appox. 9 minutes or until they puff up. They don't look totally done when they are ready. Then add remaining ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Simmer and enjoy!&lt;br /&gt;*seconds-When we asked the person who gave us this recipe his answer was that he shakes the container for that many seconds. lol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Great recipe though. I love it. Low in points and very filling. I didn't add Tabasco or parsley b/c I didn't have them.
